Coppervine

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This short creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 23 feet (7.0 meters) and growing as high as 533 feet (162.5 meters).

It takes 3 months for the dark grey stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The needle-like, leathery leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are copper on the edges and dark brown at the center, and have smooth edges.


It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The pollen is slightly toxic to people but not to certain animals.
