Emerald Grass

Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its stem)

This short, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in thin clumps that are delicate.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, lime spikelet.

During the early autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few medium-sized grains.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
It has impressive regenerative properties.
It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
