Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This short bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 19 feet (5.8 meters) and growing as high as 125 feet (38.1 meters).

It takes 4 months for the orange stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are hard and brittle.

The fan-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are turquoise on the edges and peach at the center, and have irregular edges.

The colour changes depends on whether the soil is acidic or alkaline.
It is suitable for making strong rope
