Yellowvine
Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This big bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 95 feet (29.0 meters) and growing as high as 48 feet (14.6 meters).
It takes 2 years for the gray stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1.2 feet (36 cm) and are soft and flexible.
The stiff, pointed, clammy leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) in length. They are solid vibrant yellow or black, with pink patches, and have jagged edges.
During late spring, the bine produces thousands of large slate flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of small fruits.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
