Turquoise Fireflower

This modest-sized flower grows up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) tall. Its moss green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 7 and are thin and straight, and split into dozens of branching stems a quarter of the way up, and the miniature, copper leaves are asymmetrical with toothed edges. 3 leaves grow at the base of the stem.

Dozens of medium-sized flowers grow in bunches along the stem. The flowers are 4 cm (1.6 inches) wide, with turquoise petals and a yellow center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 23 petals. They fall easily.

It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like fruity, and it has copious amounts of pollen. It is pollinated by insects and is particularly attractive to bees.
