Caramel Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This modest-sized, slate and caramel grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in sparse patches that are resilient and they spread and grow quickly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, light brown tuft.
During the late autumn, it produces lots of pollen; it can can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of small grains.
It is often home to a particular bird species.
