Emerald

This slate moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In marshes, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is slightly strong.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release dozens of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
